- Day Six: Awaken Your Body Through Tapping – Get your energy flowing! Using gentle tapping techniques, you’ll stimulate your body’s meridians and wake up sensation and vitality. It’s like giving your body a loving nudge to say: *Hey, I’m here for you.*
- Day Seven: Shake Your Body – Time to move and release! Awaken your body! Shaking is a primal, powerful way to discharge stress, wake up your energy, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm. No rules — just let yourself be moved.
- Day Eight: Touching Your Head, Face and Scalp – Your head and face hold so much tension — and so much sensitivity. Today’s gentle touch practice brings soothing awareness to your scalp, temples, jaw, and face. A sweet reset for your mind and body.
- Day Nine: Awakening Your Hands – Your hands are incredible messengers of sensation and emotion. We’ll bring attention to their textures, movement, and energy — and how touch through your hands connects you with yourself and the world around you.
- Day Ten: Exploring Feather Touch – Let’s slow things way down to awaken your body. Feather-light touch awakens your nerve endings and invites you into deep presence and pleasure. It’s not about doing — it’s about feeling.
- Day Eleven: A Sweet and Tasty Awakening – Food as sensual delight? Yes, please. Today, you’ll use taste to drop into the moment — slowly savoring something delicious to awaken your mouth, your body, and your joy.
- Day Twelve: Feeling Emotions in Your Body – Emotions aren’t just in your mind — they live in your tissues, your breath, your posture. We’ll gently explore how to notice and name what you’re feeling *in your body*, without needing to fix or change it.
- Day Thirteen: Feeling Into Your “Yes” and “No” – Your body has an inner compass. Today, you’ll learn how to sense the difference between a full-bodied *yes* and a protective *no*. This is about reclaiming your boundaries, your choices, and your truth.
- Day Fourteen: Cleaning Out Your Closet – And finally — release. On this last day, we use movement and intention to clear out what no longer serves you. Think of it as an energetic spring cleaning — making space to awaken your body for more freedom, clarity, and embodiment in your life.
