Pussy Talk and Cock Talk

Here’s a question for you…When is the last time that you had a conversation with your genitals?  I mean, a really heart to heart conversation where you could listen to what your vagina or penis has to say?

If you’re like most people, the answer is “never”.  We don’t think about “talking” to our own body.   Yet there is deep wisdom in our body, especially in our genitals.

Our sexual center stores so much of our emotional energy.  For women, our vaginas are like our second heart and our second brain.  One woman described it as her “pussy meter“, it tells the truth no matter what our head thinks we want.

For men, there is a deep connection between their heart and their penis.  You can always tell the state of a man’s life (his level of fulfillment, passion, confidence)….from the state of his penis.  In my experience, most men with non-physiological ED (which is the overwhelming majority of men)  are unsatisfied with their relationship, job and or life.

When we take the time to listen to our cock or pussy, we get some amazing insight and knowledge.  Here are just a few of the things that I’ve witnessed in helping people access this part of themselves:

  • “It’s about time you asked for my opinion…I have a lot to say”
  • “You need to take better care of me”
  • “Take the pressure off of me and I’ll be a much happier camper”
  • “You can do this…. We’re in it together”
  • “I need to feel safer.  This relationship is not right for me”

Often when we begin to access this part of us, powerful emotions arise.  Sadness, anger, resentment.  Being able to speak this to our own body is an important part of our healing and transformation.

For decades I was furious with my vagina which I felt continually betrayed me.  It was a part I wanted to do away with.

Once I was  able to express this feeling  I was finally able to move through the anger and begin to find pleasure on the other side.  You can read about my journey here.

Talking to our penis or vagina often requires a lot of compassion and self-love, something that is hard for so many of us to give ourselves.  But if you can learn to love and understand your cock or pussy, it will return the favor to you again and again.
